THE METHODOLOGY

Every HoopWithEm session follows a proven framework designed to maximise development in every minute on the court.

Assess & Understand

Before we touch a ball, we need to understand the player. Every new athlete goes through an initial skills assessment covering shooting mechanics, ball handling, footwork, and court awareness.

Build the Foundation

Great players are built on fundamentals so strong they become automatic. We drill core mechanics until they're muscle memory — removing bad habits and replacing them with sound technique.

Add Speed & Pressure

Once the foundation is solid, we add game-speed conditions. Drills move from controlled reps to contested situations — where players learn to execute under real game conditions.

Develop Basketball IQ

The best players don't just react — they read. We build court vision, play recognition, and the ability to make the right decision before the defence can recover.

The Custom Workshop gives players a better way to train outside of weekly sessions. Instead of trying to remember everything from court, each athlete gets a guided program they can actually follow — with exercises, video references, and a clear path forward.

It is designed for players who want more structure, more consistency, and more reps with purpose. Same HoopWithEm feel. Same standards. Just packaged into a cleaner system that fits real life.
